Vegetable Curry
Recipe:  Vegetable Curry

      Mc Cormick’s   brand
1 ½ tsp Garam Masala 
2 Tbs Curry  

2 Onions chopped
¾ lb Potatoes chopped

3 Cloves Garlic Chopped fine
1 Chile  (your choice) Chopped fine
1Tbs Ginger, Chopped very fine (into paste)
1Tbs Tomato paste

1Tbs Oil

4 Cups Cauliflower   Coarsely chopped
1 Can Chickpea’s
1 Can 14oz Tomato Chopped
1 Cup Pea’s frozen
¼ Cup Heavy Cream or ½ Cup Coconut milk

1. Heat spices in heavy pan (until almost smoking) set aside
2. Heat oil in large 5-6 qt pot add onions and potatoes cook ~ 1min
3. Add spices coat vegetables well 2 min
4. Add tomato paste, garlic, ginger, chile cook 3 min mixing well    
5. Add tomatoes, cauliflower, chickpeas cook to your likeness
    add peas, and cream or coconut milk.  Add salt if you like.

Better if left a little under cooked and heated the next day
